Deliveries & Returns
To keep it simple, there is one single postage and packing charge of £3.95 for UK Mainland, for items ordered through the online shop, regardless of how much you order, unless otherwise stated in the individual listing. Orders over £75.00 will be delivered free. We use Royal Mail and various postal couriers. If you require further information please don't hesitate to get in touch. Our current postal charges are for UK Mainland only but please get in touch for a postal quote to anywhere outside of mainland UK.
All in stock orders will be dealt with and usually posted within 2 working days. We aim for you to receive your order within 5 working days. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
We would like you to receive your products as soon as possible so please make sure the address you specify for delivery in your order is correct. We cannot accept any liability for lost packages due to incorrect postal address/postcode supplied by you.
We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any products at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing of any product from delivery.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).
Click & Collect
We offer a click and collect service. Due to some items not being kept on the premises this this may take up to 24 hours (and in very rare instances may take longer.) We ask our customers to wait to receive a notification that the order is ready before attempting collection of their items. Collections can only be made while the shop is open. Opening hours can vary and can be found online or by contacting us. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed.
We really hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes we change our minds. If you would like to return your item within 14 days of delivery please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org where we will advise you of the next steps. We do ask all customers to cover the cost of returning the items if you change your mind. We are however unable to accept returns for bespoke and made to order items, unless the item arrives damaged. We are sorry that we cannot accept the return of earrings unless they have arrived faulty for health/hygiene reasons.
We pack items extremely carefully so that they should reach you in perfect condition, however if your item arrives damaged, PLEASE REPORT TO US WITHIN 48Hrs of receiving your parcel. Please email us at email@example.com with a photograph showing the damage to your order. This will help us to advise on the next steps.
Our Recycling Policy
We are trying our best to help the environment at Things, so your order will often be packed in a previously used box, but we ensure that all packaging is clean, strong and appropriately sized. Your order will be carefully and considerately wrapped.
